I am passionate about the digital world with a career marked by creativity, innovation and constant learning. For as long as I can remember, I have always been fascinated by technology and design, two elements that have led me to specialise in key areas such as web design, digital marketing, and design applications.

My career in digital began more than a decade ago, when I discovered the immense potential of the internet as a tool for creation and entrepreneurship. Over time, I developed specialised skills that have allowed me to excel in various market niches. Working as a freelancer today, I can proudly say that I am a web designer specialising in the creation of custom websites, a WordPress expert and a digital marketing strategist with a holistic approach.

In my long journey in the world of technology, I have developed different types of web pages, which have allowed me to increase my knowledge and skills in web design. Initially, I started creating web pages in Photoshop for small companies, these first experiences in web development, served as a basis for me to explore new platforms and technologies.

Over the years, I have created websites using WordPress, providing services for various companies (some still in existence and others that have gone out of business). WordPress has been a key tool in my development as a designer, allowing me to offer flexible and customised solutions for my clients. In addition, I have been fortunate to complement my web design skills with digital marketing, which has allowed me to create complete e-commerce platforms.

I have worked with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and OpenCart to develop e-commerce sites ranging from hairdressing shops to pet supply shops. Each of these platforms presents its own unique features and challenges, but I’ve managed to master them to deliver websites that meet my clients’ business goals.

I worked briefly with Joomla, but gained enough knowledge to handle web design on that platform. Managing different CMS (Content Management Systems) has been a challenge that I have enjoyed, as each one requires a different approach, but with a common goal: to create effective and functional websites.

My foray into digital marketing deepened during the pandemic, a period I used to study intensively and learn about dropshipping, online sales, e-commerce, Amazon Affiliate, and Hotmart. I learned how to sell infoproducts and did several internships in this field. Like all entrepreneurs, I experienced both successes and failures, but the latter were valuable lessons that have given me the confidence to launch any e-commerce platform without fear of failure.

My approach to community management focuses on building and maintaining a strong relationship between brands and their audiences. I strongly believe in the importance of two-way communication, where brands not only talk, but also listen to their customers.

In the world of digital design, keeping up to date with the latest tools is essential. Throughout my career, I have mastered the use of design applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, XD Design, as well as Figma at a junior level and Blender for 3D animation, among others. These tools have allowed me to offer graphic design and UX/UI solutions that are innovative and user-centric. My work in this field has been key to collaborating with UX/UI agencies and digital design agencies looking to improve their user experience and optimise the usability of their sites.

Over time, I’ve gained experience in creating custom websites for a variety of industries, from lawyers and carpentry shops to advertising printing and banking companies, as well as an optical company. Although some of these projects required basic web designs for the simple purpose of providing contact information, I have continued to update myself on the latest UX/UI techniques. This has enabled me to develop complete websites, from the creative phase through to the implementation of lo-fi and hi-fi prototyping techniques, ensuring that each project comes to fruition.
