About Me
Certified IT technician with a secondary specialization in web design.
I currently work as a Desktop Specialist in Malta, providing Tier 2 support and managing Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization environments on Azure VDI and VMware. I manage incidents using Jira Service Management and deploy/monitor devices using ManageEngine Endpoint Central and EndManager Plus. I am certified by Google in IT Support (Coursera).
At the same time, since 2014, I have been designing and developing websites for clients — WordPress, Shopify, SEO — Digital Marketing, with additional training in Web Design (MQF/EQF Level 4, Jobplus Malta) and Multimedia Production (SENA) MQF/EQF Level 5. Self-taught, adaptable, and with a penchant for keeping everything well documented.
