About Me
I currently work as a Desktop Specialist in Malta, providing Tier 2 support and administering Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization environments on Azure VDI and VMware. I manage incidents using Jira Service Management and deploy and monitor devices using ManageEngine Endpoint Central and EndManager Plus. I am Google-certified in IT Support (Coursera).
At the same time, since 2014, I have been designing and developing websites for clients— WordPress, Shopify, SEO — Digital Marketing, with additional training in Web Design (MQF/EQF Level 4, Jobplus Malta) and Multimedia Production (SENA) MQF/EQF Level 5. I am self-taught, adaptable, and have a habit of keeping everything well documented.
